Shipping
Shipping is free on every Furvago order — there's no threshold to hit and no upsell to skip. Most orders arrive within 8 to 15 business days. As soon as your vest leaves the warehouse, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.
We ship to most destinations. If checkout won't accept your address, send us a message and we'll let you know honestly whether we can reach you.
Returns
If the vest isn't right for your dog, you have 30 days to send it back for a refund — used or not. Dog hair, a rainy-night test run, a size that didn't quite fit: none of it disqualifies you. Start a return by contacting us and we'll walk you through it.
We ask for two simple things: reach out within 30 days of delivery, and send the vest back so we can keep it out of a landfill where we can.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The quickest route is to start a return and place a new order so your replacement ships right away — but if you'd rather we handle it directly, just ask.
